As part of your obligations as a self insurer you will be required to pass audits and/or conduct self audits of your performance against key claims management, injury management, rehabilitation and OHS performance indicators.
WCD can undertake audits in all of the above fields to allow you to assess your performance in these areas either in preparation for a Regulatory audit or as part of your self audit requirements.
WCD personnel will assess your performance against statutory audit tools and in addition will provide further commentary on areas which may not be subject to audit but in which improvement may have a direct impact on your self-insured performance.
